- Be always punctual
- You should always wear the right type of clothing:a pair of shorts or sweatpants,a T-shirtsome good trainers.
- Take off rings and earrings: it could be dangerous for you and your mates
- Sit down until your teacher check your attendance
- If your teacher put her hand up, please be quiet, she wants to explain something to you
- When the class finishes, you should have a shower or at least, wash your hands and your face, change your sweated clothes and put on a clean T- shirt

WARM UP
We can define a warm-up as all the
light exercises done before practising sport or doing a stronger
physical activity in order:
- to adapt our muscles and reduce the risk of injuries
- to improve performance
PARTS OF A WARM UP
General warm-up: the purpose of this part is to get all the parts of the body moving
a/ Movements of your joints
b/ Small run at low speed
c/ Stretching of the main muscles:
strech and hold about 20' each position
COOLING DOWN
Cooling down is an easy exercice we do
after practicing a sport or an stronger physical activity.
Cooling down can involve a slow walk,
stretching or relaxing activities.
